Would you rather pay cash?
You can also rent and pay cash at our office in Puerto Natales. In that case the booking is arranged with us directly and the online booking discount doesn’t apply.

What people ask us most
Is there a minimum rental period?
No. You can rent for a single day if that’s all you need. Pick your dates in the search box and we’ll show you what’s available.
Is mileage limited?
No. Every rental includes unlimited mileage within the region, in line with the terms of the agreement. You can drive to Torres del Paine and back without counting kilometres.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $500.000 and is not charged when you book: it is taken when we hand over the vehicle, as a credit card pre-authorisation in the driver’s name, and released when you return it provided there is no damage, no fines and no missing fuel. If you’d rather leave a smaller deposit, you can reduce it to $250.000 for $20.000 per day by adding it as an extra when you book.
How do I pay for my booking?
You pay the full rental by credit or debit card through Webpay when you book.
What do I need to collect the vehicle?
To be over 23, to hold a valid driving licence issued at least 2 years ago, and a credit card in your own name for the security deposit. We ask you to confirm all of this before you pay, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 3 days before your pick-up date. Inside that window the deposit is not refunded.
Is there a discount for renting more days?
Yes, and it applies automatically, without you having to ask: 15 days or more, 20%; 9 to 14 days, 10%; 5 to 8 days, 7%; 3 to 4 days, 5%. The discount is already worked into the price you see when you pick your dates.
Can I collect or return outside opening hours?
Our hours are 08:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours it can be arranged with us in advance, and an extra charge may apply, which we tell you about before hand-over.
Do you deliver vehicles in Punta Arenas or at the airport?
Pick-up and drop-off take place at our office in Puerto Natales. If you need to collect or return in Punta Arenas, at the airport or anywhere else, message us: we arrange it in advance and tell you the applicable charge before you confirm.

We do allow border crossings, into Argentina only. The permit has a cost that depends on the length of the rental and must be arranged at least 3 working days before your trip.
